Defective or Damaged Products – Strict Conditions


In the rare event that your BrowFix product arrives completely defective or unusable upon arrival, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.


If the product is confirmed by our team to be defective or unusable, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Please note:


• Only defective or unusable products qualify for review.
• Any product that has been used, opened, or functions in any capacity is considered operational and not eligible for return or refund.
• Claims submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
