BrowFix – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Shipping Time
On average, shipping takes between 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors. There could be occasional delays due to high demand, weather conditions, or shipping carrier delays.


Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods, and the delivery time will depend on the method selected at checkout. We aim to provide tracking information for all orders, which will be sent once your order is shipped.


International Shipping
Currently, we may only offer shipping within select regions or countries. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for availability and updates.


Order Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, BrowFix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s hands, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.
